It Was Me All Along

This book was a tearjerker, but I found myself rooting for Andie and cheering for her at the end.

She chronicles her difficult life in a dysfunctional family and how food was her comfort, her ally, and her enemy, all rolled into one.

How does one confront an addiction to a substance that you literally cannot live without?  Perhaps Andie has found a way.
