Crimson Gold

crimson goldCrimson Gold by Donna Kolling Lear

In the beginning, I felt like the writing was a little too repetitive, although I suspect the author just wanted to make certain the reader/listener could keep the characters and locations straight.

The writing was a little corny at times, especially at the end, but the story was interesting enough.

I absolutely loved the narration done by Ben Kass and would gladly listen to more of his work. He gave each character a unique voice and kept the story going.

This book was supposedly based on a true family mystery.  I would like to find out more about that.
